Who Knew I needed a folding chopping board
"Bought this with a voucher I had been given. Wouldn't normally spend that much on a chopping board but it is so good. I oiled it with mineral oil before using it and it is so easy to clean and I haven't noticed any knife marks yet. I have never had a folding one before and its is great for carrying chopped carrots onions etc over to the pot. Saves dirtying another dish. Very happy with it. I use mine mostly for veg and bread. I cut my sourdough bread with an electric knife and hasnt left any marks at all. Definitely recommed and does seem to be worth the money."
