"I had to wait a while for this mop to come back into stock but I am glad I did. It cleans across the floor without mking it too wet so that it takes ages to dry. Makes washing the floor much easier as the mop and bucket are together in one item which makes it easier to empty. The mop head washed very well in the washing machine and fitted back on without any problem."
"It does a solid job cleaning and keeps dirty water separate, but the bucket design is a letdown. Joseph Joseph built its reputation on thoughtful ergonomics, so having nowhere to plant your foot to hold the bucket down feels like a huge oversight. The bucket lifts off the floor every time you pull the heavy, wet mop out, forcing you to hold it in place between your legs. For the price and the brand name, I expected a much more seamless experience."
"I've bought all kinds of mops that streak and smear. This is the best and uses plain water too. I guess the trick is wringing the pad after each mop to help avoid streaking—a simple solution in a brilliant design."
"I was a little cynical about it at first but having gone through a few cheap mops I was fed up so thought I would give this a go. It is a little on the expensive side which is why I have given it only 4 stars, it also would be better to have been given 2 of the washable mop heads rather than 1 (you have to buy extra separately). I was surprised at how well it works and how easy the mop head is to manoeuvre. It is quite satisfying and shocking to see how much dirt it picks up in the dirty water section."
"It takes a little to get used to this mop but once mastered it is a breeze. Initially, made the mop head as wet as one would expect from the regular mop wetness. However, the the spray gives the right amount of wetness as it helps to pick up dirt missed by vacuum cleaner. Floor is cleaner, does not have any streaks as a regular mop and floor is not sticky when using plastic type slippers. Ideal for wall cleaning and tiles."
"The mop head does not get wet. The bucket is light which means when you inset the mop and then withdraw the bucket lifts. Found it frustrating and exhausting to use. Refund requested."

"I was really looking forward to using this new mop however I was disappointed with it. It pushes out away from me easily but when I bring it back towards me it flips over and scratches the floor. I’ve tried using more water to make it slide easier. The floor was as good as it was with my old mop but no better. I also had issues with drying the parts before putting away. The bits were on my draining board for two days which is not very convenient either."
"I am loving this new way of mopping. It’s literally the difference between having a bath or taking a shower. Your mop is only rinsed with clean water. Plus because of this you need much less water and cleaner. It all comes apart for cleaning and the mop head washed beautifully in the washing machine. I was a bit concerned at the price but it’s brilliant."
"I bought the UltraClean system a couple of weeks ago after getting fed up with my old mop and bucket combo. My previous Vileda pedal mop from 2023 worked fine, but I had one major issue: the horrible mucky smell in my bathroom afterwards. Even though I changed the mop head regularly, the dirty water left in the bucket + damp mop head would make my whole apartment smell when I got home from work. I keep my bathroom window closed, so walking in to that stench was awful. First thing I'd do is throw the window open. UltraClean has completely solved this. The revolutionary clean/dirty water separation means I'm never putting dirty water back on my floor, and there's no grim leftover water sitting in the bucket. No more smells, no more embarrassment when I come home. It's genuinely a game changer. My floors feel cleaner, the mop head rinses properly, and my bathroom doesn't smell like a swamp after I'm done.
