"Ordered this & the carbon filters online, paid for it, package arrived with no cover just the filters!! Contacted JJ, suddenly “ out of stock” refunded immediately but it WAS in stock when I ordered & paid for it!! So now I have useless filters and no cover!!! All too easy to just refund… not very good at customer care this time JJ!!!!"

"It works but this is the second replacement as the first and original one had called off into the bin and was accidentally thrown out. Doesn’t fix securely enough. As with bin itself, good concept with some poor deism in the details."
