"Good bin size wise but be warned it scratches really easily (a hoover nozzle was enough to scratch the lid on mine) and the bags tear really easily, I won't be buying anymore of the bags."

Lovely Bin But Why So Expensive?
"Love the sleek style of this bin, but it is just that - a bin! It doesn’t set the world on fire and the compacting feature doesn’t work that well. The bin bag comes out of the grooves that are meant to hold it in place so you end up fighting with the whole thing trying to fit it back in. Some reviews state that it takes 2 weeks rubbish - not in my house and I recycle cardboard, plastic and glass. A lot if money for a half decent bin but could’ve bought a cheaper one that holds just as much waste as this does."

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THESE ITEMS and your customer services are supposedly looking into it for me."

Great quality, looks amazing, still need to get used to it.
"Size is perfect and the design is sleek and aesthetically pleasing. Can be hid away or kept out, neither makes the space look better or worse. Still getting used to it. When you push it down, the mechanism creates a seal within the bin bag - great for compressing, however when you bring the mechanism back up, the seal means the rubbish also comes back up. This can make it hard to see if the bin is actually full or not. I’m using only the jospeh and Joseph liners, and I have had a tear or two."
