Good but not great
"The scales are quite expensive but reasonably good quality. They are accurate and very easy to use. However, reading the scales is not always easy as the angle of the readout requires bending down a little for me to be able to read them which is not always easy. I got a good deal on these scales but think they are a bit overpriced when at full price. I normally love Joseph Joseph goods and have lots of items, but feel there are probably not as good value or as practical as a lot of their other goods."
A bit disappointing
"The scales are too large and the display is not visible unless you bend down close to eye level. We have bought many really well designed items from Joseph & Joseph in the past but sadly this one is not great."

"I cannot see the screen when in use. Poor design. The only way to see the screen is to do a squat. Screen is on in the photo I uploaded and I cannot see it. I do like the way the bowl can be used 2 ways. Older model was far superior."

Who knows when they will turn up?
"I can’t tell you anything about these scales because I ordered them 6 weeks ago and after a month of chasing was told they had been out of stock when I ordered. I was also told they were now in stock and would be with me ASAP. Two weeks later I’m still waiting. I generally buy J&J because it is good quality and well-designed but the customer service experience this time has been terrible and being asked for a review has somewhat rubbed salt in the wound. Sort your customer service out."
On photo looks ok, in reality worth 10eur.
"Poor qaulity of plastic, on top lid they use good rubber feel plastic with stainless steel. No complain for that. But for the base they use cheapest plastic available, the gaps between molds are different . Even colour is not matched with top rubber plastic. So disappointing. I am thinking about returning."
