"The only communication I have had since my last review is an email asking me to review the same product that is still faulty, no communication from Joseph Joseph- and no replacement. Poor!"

"We bought this product, as we house sat for friends who had this and we loved it! We got home and immediately ordered it. We used it for a couple of weeks, but sadly the button you press to dispense the washing up liquid split and it now leaks out the side of the brush. We’ve had to stop filling it up with washing up liquid, which is a shame as that’s the main reason for using it. Very disappointing this happened after only having it for 2 weeks."

For me It’s ok, just for pans and pots
"Good for pans and pots, lacking the hand sensitivity on dishes, lids. Cups and small recipients in general do not match with this tool, eventually."
