"Typical Joseph Joseph, looks great, is rubbish. Leaks badly - I think there has been more washing up liquid on the worktop than anywhere else. The heads are fairly mediocre despite premium pricing and you do not get much power through them as they come off. Don't waste your money stick to the cheap and simple version from the supermarket,."
Not a good product
"Really rubbish. The silicon seal has broken twice (it was replaced the first time). When the seal breaks, there is no suction so the washing up liquid won’t release and the brush becomes useless and messy. Real shame for a premium product, clearly did not undergo enough product testing"
Lovely gadget - disappointing lifespan. . .
"Overall I love the design and intended function of this item! I unfortunately became disappointed with the manufacture of the product however. After only having had it a short while, having pushed the button to dispense dishwashing soap, the seal of the edging around it became loose and ultimately broken - meaning the soap dispensing feature is now useless as it cannot contain anything. Great idea, unfortunate quality. I love the brand and what they offer, so hope this will be the only negative experience I have."
Bad design
"The brush was ok for a couple of weeks and now the button you press to dispense the soap has broken and now when I press the button soap is pushed out of the button and all over my hands when I wash. Poor quality design and one which I wouldn’t recommend. It’s quite expensive and poorly made."
I really wanted to love this
"The moment I saw this on line I wanted it. I bought one single with dispenser and sponges and the double with scrappers. The one with washing up liquid dispenser is useless. The “button” broke open after a few days. I’m so disappointed, I buy so much JJ and usually love their products"
Absolutely terrible quality and design
"Please scan to the bottom of the reviews to see the real ones reporting how terrible this product is. We are big JJ fans but this product is awful. I have no idea how it got through BETA and user testing. Our second one also a replacement has split again along the seam of the button you depress this literally happens in days. This will 100% need a re-design. In addition the interchangeable heads comes off easily when cleaning items and the brush is of poor quality."
Broke already
"Only had this just over a month and it leaks already - bought replacement and alternative heads too thinking it would last"

"The press button to release the soap breaks after a month or two. I have been sent 3 replacements with the same issue. Waste of time."
