Shocking Customer service
"I ordered a £60 item early in Nov to be delivered on 9th Nov at my local post office . When I went to collect it I was told it had been sent back by DLP. They have a returned tracking no. They have said it was sent back to yourselves. I have written to Joseph joseph three times with no reply. Where is it and why have you not written back to me. This is shocking customer service."

"I like the practical and ingenuity of Joseph and Joseph products. All very functional and good quality all be it a little pricey but worth it. These bowls are a great space saver not just bakers but any form of food prep. The colour great addition to any kitchen. The reason gave 4 stars is because the bowls and spoons don't always seat well and are a little loose. I think if the locked into each other would be great. Happy otherwise"
