I’ve tried different amount of corn, bought a new bag of piping corn,adding more time and even had the engineers out to check my 900w microwave is working properly - it is. I can’t believe a Joseph Joseph product can be so useless. I’ve emailed customer services for help and they haven’t even got back to me. Just want to return it now"

Miss
"Good product overall but the lids of one of the two containers, the black one, will not remainshut. I tried to press them down several times and literally the only way the lids stay down is by weighing them down with another object. I received this as a gift from a cousin and I live in Canada, so this is really disappointing. I would very much appreciate getting a replacement for my malfunctioning black container. As a side note: I'm sorry but what business of yours is it how I live and with whom? This is an inappropriate question even if the information is not published; please remove it. Also, the Name field in your form doesn't show up properly in Chrome, and even in Firefox it bugs after some time and instead only shows the Twitter and Facebook buttons overlapping an empty field that cannot be clicked on. You might want to have your website designer take a look at that."
