Undelivered Promise and Request for review
"I am disappointed to be asked for a product review when I still haven't received the item a month after ordering. Despite the delay being attributed to a courier issue, my contract is with Joseph Joseph who is legally responsible for ensuring the goods reach me under the Consumer Rights Act. There has been zero communication regarding the current status, yet I've received an automated request to rate a product that doesn't exist in my home. I expect an immediate update or a full refund when the 30-day statutory delivery window has passes."
Disappointing
"Clunky to unfold, board surface not as sturdy as expected. For example, the metal board surface seems to be denting as you iron over it, making popping noise as it bends in and out. Quality is definitely not as I expected it. Also, the tray for the steam generator doesn't quite fit my Phillips steam iron. Again, not experienced it with another brand. Overall, not happy for the price and what it is."

Super tolles Bügelbrett mit einem kleinen Manko
"Das Bügelbrett ist super, was die 4lahige Schicht bzw. den Bezug betrifft, da tropft nix. Auch die Form und die große Bügelfläche ist toll. Ebenso der separate, herausziehbare Bügeleisenabtellplatz ist super 👍 Den einzigen Verbesserungsvorschlag, den ich habe bzw. ein großes Anliegen, dass, wenn man das Bügelbrett verräumen will und es zusammenklappt, dass dort eine Einrastmöglichkeit fehlt, weil ohne diese, sich das Bügelbrett, wenn man es trägt, von selbst wieder auseinanderklappen will und ich habe mich leider schon zweimal geklemmt und auch mein Mann hat sich geklemmt. Vielleicht kann die Firma sich da was einfallen lassen und diese Einrastmöglichkeit auch für bestehende Kunden nachrüsten, da sich ja der Preis für das Bügelbrett im gehobenen Preissegment befindet. Das wäre super, denn dann kann ich ruhigen Gewissens auch alle Sterne vergeben."
