Never received the item purchased, never received a reponse
"I ordered three items on 4 January, 2 (small ones) came through fine, all was ok, but the large item has still not arrived today (1 February) and there is an unacceptable radio silence from josephjoseph, despite one message on their website, one notification that I have not received the item sent through the link provided in the review request emailed to me, and one explanatory email to josephjoseph. I can understand that occasionally something can go wrong with one order, especially if there have been extreme weather conditions, but this total lack of responsiveness is unprofessional."
Very sturdy item, no wobbling
"Very sturdy item, no wobbling like other boards. Easy to put up and take down and there is plenty of height adjustment. There is a large heat proof pad at the end for the iron which I do use- I’ve never used on other boards as I’ve always feared the iron would wobble over. It’s a great size too and because of the way the legs fold it is remarkably compact when closed. Very very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend."
Overpriced and Underwhelming
"I fell for the advertising hype, believed this would be so simple to fold away and carry. In reality, it's no better than a conventional board, although several times mire expensive. Looking at the cover, that too looks like it will be overpriced, a standard cover won't fit. When we need that replacing, that's when it'll be off to the tip."
