"Received my delivery badly packaged and glass nest damaged. Two items missing. Tried to contact customer service but doesn’t ring so a scam! I have emailed with my issues several times over 2 weeks and Ai is the only one who responds with an auto response however I have emailed the customer service email address as it instructs but only AI replies asking if I want to continue with my query!! I am now having to refer to the ombudsmen. I like joseph joseph but please don’t buy direct as they are totally not caring or trustworthy!"
