My order hasn’t arrived
"I ordered the 5 piece knife set on 21 Nov and to date (09 Dec) nothing has arrived and I can get zero information as to when I can expect it. This is a Christmas present for my daughter and I’m not convinced it will arrive in time. I’ll now have to source something else and try and get a refund. I don’t hold out much hope as I’ve contact Joseph Joseph twice but have had no help to locate my order. Who knows where it is? If anyone at JJ wishes to help upon reading this I’d very much appreciate it. Until then I’d suggest steering clear of placing orders if you want anything before Christmas"

"I wasn’t in for the delivery so the knives were returned. I’ve repeatedly contacted Joseph Joseph and had nothing but automated responses. No attempt to rearrange delivery or refund me."
