"Small serrated knife has developed a crack between handle and blade. Contact with Joseph Joseph has been good but it looks like I can't purchase a replacement knife. To progress this I now have to provide evidence of purchase - could be an issue I feel. I am quite happy with the carousel / other knives - so disappointed."
