It should have been made
"It should have been made clearer that the Cleantech Pole & Tool Organiser were not included and should be purchased separately. I have the tool set in a box but to make best use of these items I should have them on the Tool Organiser. I must now purchase the organiser and I will have to pay delivery charges for same and in this regard I am none to thankful to Joseph Joseph."

Excellent, but could be slightly better
"The tool is great for taking ordinary and extraordinary cleaning. In particular, I find the mini brush tool very effective against dried filth (my use case: I used the mini brush to remove all the red/yellow stains from the shower). The duster also works as intended. How to make the tools better: The sponge on a stick needs to have a system in place to stop the head from rotating from soft side to scrubber side; the extension pole needs to me longer in order to reach hard to reach places (e. g: top of the indoor AirCon unit)."

"Id looked at this set for a while. So glad I decided to buy it. Buying the tool organiser as well, everything is at arms length to use when needed and keeps everything in order and visible. Each tool works exactly as detailed. Probably the best cleaning set I have owned for total house cleaning. Recommended."
