Cracking waste of money
"I've had two of these jugs and both have cracked when putting boiling water in them (for gravy). What is the point of a jug that can't take boiling water. The first one was replaced by JosephJoseph. I didn't bother asking the second time. I tried a Color one too. . . I have gone back to Pyrex!"
Bad product + Deceiving product page
"The cup does its job, however it was not specified on the page that the cup is made out of plastic; now, it also didn’t say that it was made out of another material, but, in my opinion, the product page through its images made it appear like if it were made out of glass. This said, the cup feels cheap due to the material and the benefit of being able to read the measurement on top doesn't compensate this. I don’t recommend, go for a glass measuring cup instead. P. S I though about returning it, but to do so you must pay the return shipment, which in my case amounted to essentially the same price as the cup itself (again, the product page tricks you by saying that the returns are accepted but they don’t specify, if not in the terms of service which are buried in their website, that you must pay for them. )"

Cracked? Not once but twice!
"I've had two of these. I haven't dropped them or mistreated them. The first one cracked within 3 weeks but was quickly replaced. The second one lasted a few months but the plastic quickly showed signs of cracking. Boiling water finished it off! Very poor design and quality/ My old Pyrex ones lasted 20 years before the markings wore off and they needed replacing. I'm going back to Pyrex!"

"Well, after years of holding my glass measuring jug up to the light to see the gradation marks and squinting to read it accurately I purchased the easy read jug! It is wonderful! So easy to read the measurements as the unique shape of the jug means I can just look at it without contorting myself to get the angle right! It washes up easily and the little buddy that comes with it makes it easy to measure amounts in between the gradation marks on the large jug. How did I do without it? I wish I'd got one years ago!"
