Terrible low quality product - avoid at all costs
"Assembly requires tensioning the legs by turning hex screws in each leg base. These hex screws are plastic not metal, so can easily deform during assembly. Once this happens assembly cannot be completed, and not can the item be disassembled again. At this price point there's no excuse for not making these hex screws metal. Shameful cost saving that leaves me with a broken product that I can't even disassemble for return shipping."

"Exactly what it said on the tin. Happy with purchase. A little fiddly to put cover around all corners as it’s a snug fit to achieve final sleek appearance but worth persevering with. Alice for menu is about right"

Lovely but challenging to build
"When it arrived, I was surprised that it needed built. I found that process rather challenging, putting parts together then taking a part because it was not the correct way. I was on the verge of giving up and sending it back. However, continued and got it built in the end. It is lovely but I won’t be building another."

"A great product but putting it together was a nightmare. Proper Krypton-Factor level struggle created - the instructions are so vague. Get it wrong and the material pulls in the wrong way & it looks rubbish. Took 2 attempts but we got there & love it."

"Love the aesthetic of the bin and so many of your products . But took two of us to assemble and was stressful to make. Such a shame. I’m fairly practical and this was very difficult."

"ridiculously difficult to put together,the bag simply doesnt sit smoothly, reminds me of an aeroplane cabin toilet from the 70’s, nothing innovative about this design. If I had the time to pack it back into the box I would have returned it"
