This clever design separates out the index fingers of each hand, offering much more dexterity and control when handling hot cookware. The palms get the high heat-resistant treatment with silicone grips and there's padded cotton cuffs for premium comfort. This set of two features both right and left-handed gloves.

"The split finger threw my partner off a few times after replacing our previous oven gloves, but it becomes normal quickly and then you realize how useful it is! We've tried numerous silicone/grilling mitts and gloves over the years but they all end up losing protection while collecting mess. Investing in these gloves is a break from the frustration! They are thick enough to hold my cast iron loaf tin while it's hot and the heat doesn't slowly seep into your fingers! I managed to get cake batter and flour on them the first week we had them, but it wiped right off with a damp cloth and it didn't get stuck in the fabric fibers. Not only can it comfortably handle my heavy cast iron, it's a breeze to grab thin baking sheets of chips. As usual, Joseph Joseph made a well designed quality product that makes us regret buying anything else!"
