damaged product package - replaced product, no quibble, thank you
"I recieved my order which I purchased as a gift for a friend but the packaging was quite badly damaged and I felt that I could not present my gift with a gift that looked like it was second hand and abused! I contacted Customer services and snet images as proof, they immediately aranged for a replacement of the product which I recieved within a few days, thank you for a great service."
Inconsistent quality - salt good pepper bad
"I bought a pair of mills (saltaand pepper). The salt mill is perfect but there is a ridge in the pepper mill where the top and bottom parts join as it is badly aligned. Just really annoying as you notice the issue every time you use it."

"Doesn’t last two years. We bought this set, and at first it was okay. The salt mill gets blocked with excess salt quite fast. In just over a year the grind adjustment came loose, apparently that’s not covered under warranty. There’s no replacement parts, no way to repair. Conclusion: if you want to enjoy a good product, buy something else."

"Not great for the price I would expect more, they handle very clunky to use and the settings for the size of the milled pepper or salt is frustrating as I’m constantly moving the gauge to see if it is the setting I prefer, 2 settings max I think would suffice, all around too fiddly."

"I ordered many products 21st of november. They cancelled some of them . Itis unbelievable. We orders many products that time But they only send pizza cutters. And they said we havent got stock. They said we will send salters and cutters only. But we only got pizza cuttter. And system is showing we got salters and cutters but we only have pizza cutters. I can’t believe it ."
