Staining a problem
"Knife handle was badly stained after paring a couple of carrots!! I contacted Joseph & Joseph. They stated that staining wasn’t covered in their guarantee. They suggested washing them quickly! We did, but it didn’t make any difference. There was no warning on their website when I purchased them and I don’t think many people would check a companies guarantee before buying a set of knives. Here’s an idea Joseph & Joseph, don’t use material for kitchen knives that stains!! People buying your knives would assume you would know that."

"A good buy at normal price but a brilliant find in the January Sale. (Perfect colour scheme for our kitchen is a bonus)"

"The handles have discoloured within 1 week and one blade already has a tiny bit of rust (we only hand washed). They have also started to blunt after only a week of use. Very disappointing"
