Designed with weighted handles and integrated tool rests, our Elevate™ knives minimise mess in the kitchen by keeping the knife blade raised up when placed down. Our Elevate™ Knives set includes a 3.5” paring knife, 4.5” serrated knife, 5.5” Santoku knife, 6.5” chef’s knife, and an 8” bread knife, all made from Japanese stainless-steel and featuring ergonomic, colour-coded handles. When not in use the knives can be safely stored away in the in-drawer storage tray.
