"The measurement on line did not reflect the measurement once cutlery was inserted. So although the item fitted in the drawers the drawers would not close once cutlery was in. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get air code return and the customer service is sporadic and has left me days without answers. Very frustrated ."

Disappointed with the spoon capacity

"Disappointed with the spoon capacity at the end. It show like a full canteen but it's a struggle to get 6 soup spoons and 6 desert spoons in without cramming them and having the handles all over the place. It feels like an expensive item that doesn't elegantly store a full set of cutlery. So much so that I'm considering binning it and replacing it with a cheap plastic alternative."
